David’s approach and manner was very engaging and allowed us to develop and take the lead in our learning. He was methodical without being overbearing, it was an enjoyable week and I was pleased that he was able to introduce activities that kept us engaged and challenged It is without doubt his experience as a yachtsman of some distinction and previous professional environment which meant he was able to deliver the course in a very personable style. We have completed 2 courses with Pembroke cruising and both Instructors have been most engaging. We both enjoyed the experience and without doubt have been given an experience that has left us wanting to engage further in the training programme, and experience the challenges and pleasures you can get from this activity, which is very new and different for us.
